How far in advance should I hire removals?
Booking 3-4 weeks before the moving date is best, especially for busy periods, but we also accommodate last-minute moves when possible.
Can I postpone or cancel my booking?
Yes — we can either change your moving date or cancel your booking. To avoid any late amendment/cancellation fees, give us a minimum of 7 to 10 days’ notice.
Do you operate inside the Congestion Charge or ULEZ zones?
Yes — we operate inside the CCZ and ULEZ daily. We plan routes, timing, and vehicle compliance to minimise costs. All charges are clearly explained in advance.
