When planning your moving budget, please note that some additional charges may apply and are not always included in the removal costs calculator. These depend on the details of your move and local requirements:

• Congestion Charge
  Fees apply when driving through certain areas of Central London during restricted hours.

• Overnight Storage in the Vehicle
  If access is not available on the same day, we may keep your belongings safely loaded in our vans overnight. This often applies to long-distance moves where loading takes place one day and delivery the next, such as moves to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

• Staff & Fuel Costs for Long-Distance Moves
  Moves outside London or over longer distances may incur additional manpower and fuel costs, depending on the distance travelled.

• Parking and Parking Suspensions
  Suitable parking for loading and unloading is essential. In some areas, this requires arranging a temporary parking suspension or paying for regulated parking.

All potential additional costs are clearly explained in advance, so you always know exactly what’s included in your final quote.
